De ligging van het park in mooie natuur.
De behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers.

De slechte aanduiding naar de bungalows en faciliteiten.
Geen aparte gelegenheid om iets te drinken, de openingstijden van restaurant in de zomer langer.
Geen toiletten bij de fitness en wellness.

We hadden een andere bungalow gekregen dan we geboekt hadden.
De reden was dat het de andere bungalow mankementen had.
Dit was heel snel geregeld zonder dat we iets hoefden bij te betalen.

De bereikbaarheid van het park en de ligging nabij nationaal park de hoge veluwe, Arnhem en omgeving is goed.
Bewegwijzering op het park laat te wensen over, net als het terrein rondom de huisjes. Het huisje was niet schoon bij aankomst (overal stof en badkamer erg vies, wc onder de urine en schaamharen) interieur dat kapot is (stalamp, armleuningen van de stoelen, los zeil in woning, behang los en overal vlekken en plekken) weinig speelopties voor de kleinere kinderen

Es ist sehr naturbelassen. Man findet dort wirklich Erholung! Vor allem, wenn man in der Stadt wohnt wie wir!
Leider saßen wir 5 Tage in einem Mobilheim (V38) wo es rein geregnet hat. Trotz mehrerer Meldungen wurden wir nicht in ein anderes Mobilheim umgesiedelt! Erst am Dienstag, also 3 Tage vor Abreise (nach dem ich Druck gemacht hatte!)...wurde uns ein neues Mobilheim angeboten. Meinen beiden Kinder und unsere Sachen wurden sehr nass. Es hat sehr viel rein geregnet. Es stand teilweise das Wasser im Mobilheim auf dem Boden. Wir konnten uns auch nicht richtig darin bewegen deshalb. Das war sehr schade!

Ist gut zu erreichen und man hat viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

Ruhige lage , Räumlichkeiten sind groß genug, Vorhänge Dunkeln gut ab und das Bad ist groß, man fühlt sich nicht so eingeengt.
Es war eine spülmaschine vorhanden aber die hat das Geschirr eher dreckiger gemacht als vorher. Und der Fernseher ist etwas klein bei anhaltenden Regenwetter etwas schade.

Mooie, ruime staancaravan. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.
Extreem krakend bed. Geen animatie in de avond.
Vuil servies. Niet leuk als je alles moet afwassen als je er maar 2 dagen bent!
Binnenzwembad NIET open, terwijl je met 2 kinderen bij slecht weer er goed gebruik van kon maken. Dit was ook niet gekend, dit vind ik niet kunnen!

Personal sehr nett! Park und Ferienhaus gepflegt.
Der Zoo in der Nähe war toll!
Schwimmbad (Innen) konnte leider nicht genutzt werden. Zudem hätten wir uns noch mehr Möglichkeiten im Park gewünscht, auch für ältere Kinder.
