Park is mooi aangelegd
Nieuwe accommodaties zien er mooi uit
Veel te doen in de omgeving

De oude accomodaties zijn klein en gebrekkig
Geen supermarkt op het park, wel in de plaats zelf
Er zou Wi-Fi zijn, maar dat blijkt niet per accommodatie, je zit op een algemeen account en met een beetje geluk heb je Wi-Fi

Verwarming deed het niet
Douche en warm water bleef koud, is wel aangepast op ons verzoek
Hang en sluitwerk was verzakt
Erg klein, we waren met 3 in een huisje voor 4 a 5, maar dat was al krap

Was best mooi

Gordijnen waren echt aan een wasbeurt toe, echt heel smerig. Watervoorziening was heel wisselend en wc loopt heel langzaam vol waardoor het keek of het ergens lekte (vanuit de slaapkamer)

Review of "EuroParcs Hoge Kempen" 8.0

De ligging in mooie bosrijke omgeving en de rust, ruim van opzet en gevarieerd aanbod van huisjes. Verder zeer kind vriendelijk.

We kregen een week voor aankomst een mail van het park dat de incheck wordt verplaatst van 15.00 naar 16.00 uur ivm een tekort aan schoonmaakpersoneel. Vervolgens daags voor vertrek een telefoontje van het park dat het toch mogelijk is om vanaf 15.00 uur in te checken. We kwamen om 15.00 om in te checken. Dat was dus niet mogelijk. De receptioniste kon niet aangeven wanneer dan wel. "Het is chaotisch druk, we weten niet wanneer uw huisje gereed is". We zijn eerst maar wat boodschappen gaan doen en bij terugkomst om 16.15 een consumptiebon gekregen van het park om de tijd te overbruggen. Uiteindelijk om 17.10 kunnen inchecken. Verder veel overlast van zware machines. Park was nml nog onder constructie.

Mooi dek rondom het huisje met comfortabele ligstoelen en mooie grote eettafel met parasol. Goed uitgeruste speeltuinen voor kinderen. De omgeving is schitterend en er zijn veel leuke uitstapjes te maken in de directe omgeving.

Het park was tijdens ons verblijf nog onder constructie. Gedurende de dag veel geluidshinder van zware machines. Tevens tractors die af en aan reden over het pad grenzend aan ons huisje. Op het park mag je 5km per uur rijden met auto's. Dat geld blijkbaar niet voor park personeel en aannemers. Die soms met 30 -40km per uur voorbij komen.

Moderne cottages. In het bos. Vlakbij Maastricht.

Weinig vertier. Zeker voor wat oudere kinderen.

Verlichting in woonkamer. Erg fel. Zou ook dubbel bestek bevoorraden zodat de afwasmachine minder vaak aan hoeft.
