Review of "EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam" 6.0

Für Wassersportliebhaber zu empfehlen.

Am Anreisetag bekamen wir abends, als wir auswärts in einem Restaurant Essen waren, eine Email von der Rezeption, dass wir umziehen müssten in ein anderes Haus. Wir hatten mittags eine Leckage der Wasserleitung in der Wohnung gemeldet. Die neue Zugangskarten vom Haus wurden in einem Tresor ausserhalb der Rezeption hinterlassen. Am nächsten Tag habe ich reklamiert, dass man das hätte sehen können bei der Kontrolle vom Haus. Eine Gutschrift / Erstattung oder ähnliches haben wir nicht bekommen, weil wir über Ferienparkspecials gebucht haben. Sie wollte auch nochmal in der Zentrale von Europarcs nachfragen und sich melden, jedoch bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.

Review of "EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam" 7.0

Sehr schön angelegter Park.

Das Haus war leider bei der Ankunft nicht so sauber, wie man es sich wünscht.
Es wird mit Brötchenservice, Minimarkt, Snack-Bar und Restaurant geworben, aber leider gibt es nur Brötchen an den Tagen wo der Minimarkt geöffnet hat. Dieser hat aber, wie das Restaurant und die Snack-Bar, nur an bestimmten Tagen in der Woche geöffnet.

Eine gute Raumaufteilung und den Luxus von 2 Bädern und Toiletten.

Die Sauberkeit war schlecht. Es gibt kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel und Kleidung.

Es war nicht ganz so sauber (besenrein war es nicht ganz) Lüftung im Bad war kaputt. Die fliegengitter voller spinnen/Mücken. Ohne die hätte es man nicht überlebt

Eine sehr schöne Anlage

Uns haben in der Wohnung überall die Haken, z. B. im WC und Bad für Handtücher gefehlt. Ich fand es sehr unverschämt, dass wir für die 2. Schlüssellarte extra bezahlen mussten.

Wir fanden den Bungalow sehr schön

Die Grünanlagen waren nicht gut gepflegt und in der Müllentsorgung sah und roch es furchtbar, was aber zum Teil auch an den Gästen liegt

Pluspunkte des Parcs sind die fantastische Lage, die landschaftliche Gestaltung mit den kleinen Gärten und dem privaten Steg am Wasser, die Architektur der Häuser, die Ruhe, die Einrichtung der Häuser und die wunderbaren Betten und die vielen Wasservögel.
Es war ein chilliger Kontrast zum quirligen Amsterdam.

Es mag sich mancher a den Tieren stören, die sich dort aufhalten (Wasservögel, Ameisen, Mücken, Silberfische). Für uns war das kein Problem. Wir hatten selber unsere Hunde dabei, lieben die Natur und finden Wege unliebsame Mitbewohner aus dem Haus zu verbannen.. ;-)

Vom Service, der Freundlichkeit des Personals über die Einrichtung des Hauses bis hin zur Gestaltung der Anlage war alles top. Selbst unsere Nachbarn waren ruhig und gechillt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Wir hätten uns vielleicht mehr elektrische Küchengeräte gewünscht (Toaster bspw.) und der Ofen (Kombi aus Grill und Mikrowelle) war ohne Anleitung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Interessant ist, dass der Müll nicht getrennt werden muss.

Anlage an sich ist unheimlich gepflegt, macht einen tollen Eindruck und ist sehr schön gelegen

Die Häuser sind leider sehr dreckig (Spinnenweben überall, staubig, Boden sehr schmutzig, Geschirr dreckig. Für die Kinder ist der Indoorspielplatz sehr schön, von dem Außenspielplatz hatten wir uns mehr erhofft. Der Strand ist leider nicht sehr schön

Sehr schmutzig, leider keine Klimaanlage daher die oberen Zimmer sehr heiss, nicht Kindersicher (Garten offen, Wasser nicht gesichert, Treppengeländer ungesichert…)
