Saubere und ordentliche Anlage. Park und Natur in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Bahnhof ist Fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vom Bahnhof sehr gute Anbindung Richtung Zandvoort und Amsterdam.
Nahe des Flughafens, sodass manchmal Fluglärm zu hören ist. In den Häusern hört man aber nichts von den Flugzeugen.

Review of "EuroParcs Spaarnwoude" 6.0
Het is er mooi groen en netjes onderhouden. Netjes was dat we waaiers mochten voor de warmte.
Zwembad is klein maar mooi, helaas in ons verblijf konden we niet zwemmen want er had iemand in het zwembad gepoept. Dit kwamen ze wel direct opruimen maar wij hebben alleen van het baby badje gebruik kunnen maken. Dierenweide is ook leuk.
Huisje was erg stoffig, spinnenwebben. Heel kale inrichting en ontzettend warm. Geen echte gordijnen waardoor het smorgens vroeg licht is als je een raam open hebt in de slaapkamers.

Het zwembad is een pluspunt
Dat erom het huis een berg gras en distels is gegroeid en niet gemaaid werd ook na vragen niet, kon er schapen houden.
de gordijnen zoom stuk en vuil, en te licht voor zonnig huis. slechte bedden, en bank geen fijne stoel erbij, zeker voor oudere belangrijk.
en veel lawaai van de vliegtuigen, niet vermeld op de site.

Bij aankomst schoon en netjes, helaas de lichte gordijnen niet dicht, scheelt warmte. wel gezellig aan de plas gelegen. ruime koelkast. en airco waarvan we de bedieningsafstand konden krijgen op borgsom. prima!!
Slechte bedden, bankstel niet goed, gordijnen vuil en stuk en te licht. en het gras met distels stond veel te hoog.

Prima park, zag er over het algemeen goed uit.
Huisje waar wij in zaten was niet goed schoongemaakt. Douche putje verstopt, gootsteen verstopt. Er zat nog koffie van de vorige huurders in de koffie pot, er lagen overal nog etensresten en de ventilators waren gewoon smerig. Het gras stond te hoog en overal op het terras was onkruid. Wat wij er voor betaald hebben en in prijs kwaliteit verhouding een dikke aanfluiting en rond uit belachelijk.

Het zag er op het eerste oog prima uit.
Douche put en afvoer wasbak verstopt, hebben we zelf moeten ontstoppen. Er zat nog oude koffie van de vorige huurders in de koffie pot. Er lagen oude etensresten, plinten onder de keuken waren smerig. Overal spinnenwebben en de lucht ventilators waren vies. De eettafel stond aan de grond vast geplakt. Naast dit alles was de tuin ook niet netjes, onkruid overal op het terras en het gras was te lang.

- Moderne Einrichtung der Häuser
- Fahrrad Ausleihe vor Ort möglich
- Unser Haus war EXTREM!!! dreckig und das Inventar teilweise kaputt. Nach Beschwerde haben wir ein anderes Haus erhalten (auch dreckig)
- Der Park liegt in der Landezone vom Flughafen, extremer Fluglärm durch sehr tief fliegende Flugzeuge
- die Häuser mit schönem Blick aufs Wasser sind privat. Ca. 3/4 von dem Park scheint in privater Hand zu sein, ähnelt einer Kleingartenanlage
- Spielplatz sehr lieblos, eine Schaukel, eine Wippe…das Wort Spielplatz ist überbewertet
- die Grünanlage ist verwahrlost, wir hatten Unkraut ca 50-100cm hoch
- in einem Kanal lag ein Sonnenschirm und vermoderte vor sich hin
- alles in allem scheint es so „gewollt, aber nicht gekonnt“
- das Schwimmbad ist nett, leider stinkt es in dem Raum sehr nach Fäkalien

Kleines Schwimmbad und Fitnessstudio inkl.
weitestgehend autofrei
- Einrichtung sollte erneuert werden (Möbel teils nicht nutzbar, Sessel abgewohnt und schmutzig…)
- Sauberkeit
- Elektrogeräte/Küchengeräte nicht sauber und teils nicht funktionstüchtig
- Matratzen, ~schoner, Laken nicht sauber
- keine Dämmung, leider auch keine Klimaanlage, dadurch wie in einer Sauna
- Reinigungsutensilien erneuern oder Instandhalten (Besen extrem verschmutzt, Staubsager hatte kaum Leistung)

If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
