Review of "EuroParcs Zilverstrand" 3.0

Huisje was erg vies! Personeel onvriendelijk, bouw werkzaamheden veel last van, snackbar dicht, zwembad veels te klein, animatieteam onervaren, onvriendelijk,knutselen veels te moeilijk voor de kleine kids. Erg duur. Blauw alg waardoor we voor een gereduseert tarief ergens anders heen konden (slecht geregeld want eigenlijk voor niks ergens anders laten zwemmen). Receptie die vertellen dingen die niet waar zijn.

Review of "EuroParcs Zilverstrand" 3.0

Het personeel van de horeca is vriendelijk

Het park is in aanbouw, op de site stond alleen bouwwerkzaamheden, dat is wat anders dan een bouwterrein. Huisje was nieuw maar niet af. Geen bollen in de lampen, lekkend plafond, deuren konden niet op slot. Door blauwalg kon er niet in het meer gezwommen worden. Kan gebeuren, maar nu moesten we betalen om gebruik te maken van het meer in de buurt.

Review of "EuroParcs Zilverstrand" 3.0

Geen snackbar en ijssalon op park. Accommodatie leek niet op foto. Extra kosten gemaakt omdat de zwemvijver gesloten was. Door de blubber en bagger lopen omdat de ingang van het park een bouwput is.

De vaste seizoen gasten zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam omdat die weten hoe er met gasten om wordt gegaan

Onze vakantie begon al anderhalf uur later... Omdat het niet optijd schoon was... Resultaat: boodschappen kunnen weggooien doordat het 35 graden was buiten. Mini tv... Geen stofzuiger... Matras van beton. Geen brandmelder en koolmonoxide melder in een caravan met een geiser... Bomen die afgebroken zijn en los boven de accommodatie hangen... En met de storm die we hebben gehad geen oog dichtgedaan omdat je weet dat die naar beneden kunnen komen (dus kinderen op de bank laten slapen omdat ze boven de slaapkamers hingen)

Het word een mooi park.

Ze hadden eerst alles af moeten hebben voor dat ze een park vol gaan gooien en niks af is..onvoldoende personeel voor de caravans schoon te maken!! Ander half uur later konden we eindelijk onze caravan in...voor ons nooit meer !

Dat me kinderen zich vermaken

Bedden scheelt caravan was vies en niet al het personeel was even vriendelijk. En we zagen bedienen met hun blote handen ijsklontje in glazen doen. Niet echt fris toch.

Niet iets bijzonders

De matrassen mega slecht en vond het vies en dan vooral ook de vloer. Als ik zag hoe snel ze in een andere caravan aan het schoonmaken waren ze waren met een 10 min klaar en wel met ze drietjes.

Zijn er niet.

Je zit midden tussen de vaste gasten.
Blaffen van een hond hele weekend daardoor , wat we toch als storend hebben ervaren .
Blauwalg in het meer. Misschien een optie om er fonteinen in te plaatsen waardoor het water blijft stromen .
Want is erg jammer dat je daardoor moet uitwijken naar andere plassen en dan daarvoor geld moet betalen.
