Subtropisch zwembad
De diverse omleidingen in de omgeving, vooral de autorit naar het park heeft toch wel veel problemen opgeleverd en veel tijd gekost. Misschien prettig om klanten van een goede routebeschrijving, met alternatieve route te voorzien voor vertrek.

Overal trappetjes die voor een invalide bijna niet te nemen zijn. Een crime.

De open haard
Huisjes zijn zeer achterhaalt. Sinds de bouw in de jaren 70/80 zijn ze niet meer gemoderniseerd. In huisje 138 was in de huiskamer een plavuizenvloer met daarin een zeer lange scheur.

Park leuk, Maar huis viel erg tegen ook de toegankelijkheid is niet geweldig! Echter alle andere parken zijn ons zeer goed bevallen!!!
Maar Hambachtal zal ik niemand ooit aanbevelen erg jammer.

Zwembad, maar niets plezierig aan het huisje!!
Zeer oude niet onderhouden huisje nr 198. alles is zeer gedateerd en defect. Keuken kasten, vloeren met scheuren, ramen lekslag,kranen lekken en piepen,douchewand los lek,kook elektra zeer matig warmte valt Bijna niet op te koken

Donker, zwaar gedateerd, slecht onderhouden (tegels worden met plakband tegen de muur gehouden), slecht schoongemaakt(dikke stoflaag aan de afzuigkap van het fornuis, niet echt lekker als het in je eten valt)

Mooi zwembad en goede faciliteiten
's morgens vroeg werden we wakker gemaakt door een zwarte kraai die onophoudelijk op ons slaapkamerraam tikte, bij beide slaapkamers en ook de buren hadden er last van.
