Freundliches Personal und tolle Natur , die Therme ist total sauber und die Bademeister total kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit
Zum Teil sehr schmutzige Häuser und die Fenster in der Therme würde oft geöffnet, es hat gezogen, auch das Wasser in der Therme war kalt

Der Preis und das Personal
Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön nur leider ist es sehr kalt drinnen auch die Wasser Temperaturen sind leider nicht so angenehm. Viele Kleinkinder hat blaue Lippen weil es einfach zu kalt war. Einige Eltern und ich haben das Personal angesprochen warum es so kalt ist , man teilte uns mit das für Heizung ausgefallen ist . Ok für eine. Tag kann ich es verstehen aber nicht für vier Tage .
Leider im Park sehr wenig Unterhaltungs Möglichkeiten das meiste wie Bowling oder kegeln nur gegen extra Gebühr.
Bei schlecht Wetter kein indoor Spielplatz für die Kids.
Die Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe man spürt jede einzelne Feder .
Am ersten Tag war das Haus schön warm danach leider immer viel zu kalt .

Sehr veraltet und technisch gefährlicher azustand.

Es war ruhig. Man war separat für sich.
Total veraltet. Zu kalt. Um es warm zu bekommen, musste man überteuert Holz für den Kamin kaufen. Im Spiegelschrank im Bad kam einem die Steckdose entgegen. Armaturen verkalkt und kaum nutzbar. Alles sehr abgelebt.

Bad könnte erneuert werden oder mindestens besser geputzt werden.

Zwar alt aber okay. Gut ausgestattet.
Auch wenn man in einigen Sachen Abstriche machen muss, sind wir insgesamt zufrieden.
Wie oben erwähnt, müsste Dusche von Ihnen mindestens besser geputzt werden.

Erste Unterkunft hatte Ameisen. Zweites Haus war dann ohne Tiere.Betten waren das Letzte!Man spürte jede einzelne Feder!Einrichtung heruntergekommen.Oberflächlich "sauber",jedoch nicht akzeptabel für eine Ferienunterkunft. Schwimmbad öffnete erst spät! Das Wasser war kalt. Außerdem lag auch hier eine tote Schabe auf dem Boden!Bistro im Schwimmbad warnicht geöffnet.Warum auch immer.Die ausgeschriebene Kidsdisco wurde erst nach Anfrage begonnen. Kegelbahn wurde uns abgeraten. Für Jüngere nicht empfehlehlenswert!

Unterkunft kalt. Selbst heizen brachten nicht viel.
Betten katastrophal. Keine Kindersicherungen angebracht!

Sehr schöne Landschaft, der "Zauberwald" ist interessant, gut zu gehen und mit Einkehrmöglichkeit auch im Winter eine schöne Tour.
Wir lieben die Ruhe und diese hatten wir hier.
Unser Haus lag am Hang auf der anderen Seite der Rezeption. Ich finde, es mangelt an eindeutigen Hinweisschildern für den Fußweg zur Rezeption/Schwimmbad.

Durch die zwei Ebenen wirkt das Haus größer und freier. Es kommt viel Tageslicht ins Haus. Vor allem der Kamin war für uns Entscheidungskriterium, der macht das Wohnen gemütlich.
Der Aufenthalt im Winter war schön.
Das WC im EG war sehr kalt, weil es nicht beheizt wird.
Das Fernsehen war anstrengend, das Bild verschwommen und zu starke Farben. Wir wollten die Olympischen Winterspiele verfolgen, aber das war nicht schön; auch war der Bildschirm zu klein.
