Het uitzicht was fantastisch, keuken was goed uitgerust.
Matige schoonmaak, het braaksel van vorige gasten lag nog onder het bed, de moltonbeschermers zaten vol vlekken, er waren i.p.v. dekbedden vreemd ruikende dekens, de badkamer was vies, de thermostaatkraan was niet in te stellen en stond zo hoog dat je jezelf verbrande, de handdouche moest je vast houden tijdens het douchen er was geen mogelijkheid om deze op te hangen zodat je eronder kon staan, de vloer werd drijfnat tijdens het douchen en het water moest je opdweilen met een dweil die niet aanwezig was.

Review of "La Boverie" 9.0
Heel vriendelijke mensen, zowel vakantiegangers als personeel. Gelegen in het midden van een heel mooie groene natuur. Heerlijk.
De chalets zijn wat verouderd. Dit is niet zo'n minpunt, maar de bedden waren heel erg oncomfortabel waardoor we de hele tijd slecht hebben geslapen. Behalve het stapelbed voor de kinderen. Dat was wel comfortabel.

Geen
Vanwege een ongeluk konden wij afgelopen week niet op vakantie. Geen annuleringsverzekering, dus geen geld terug. Ook niet in het geval van een medisch ongeval. Prima. De manier waarop er vervolgens met ons gecommuniceerd werd, is onacceptabel. Geen medeleven, sympathie of iets wat lijkt op een fatsoenlijke klantenservice. Mocht u ue dienstverlening in de toekomst willen verbeteren, dan zou ik bij de klantenservice beginnen. Wij waren genoodzaakt de vakantie te annuleren omdat ik niet kon reizen. Dat is wel weggegooid geld waar wij voor gespaard hadden. Een beetje begrip was wel op prijs gesteld.

Review of "La Boverie" 10.0
Aardige eigenaar. We kwamen na sluitingstijd aan en hij heeft op ons staan wachten! Het park is prachtig mooi, leuke speeltuintjes voor de kinderen en een heerlijk bos voor de hond. Het chalet was ook erg mooi. Lekker dicht bij La Roche en een perfecte locatie. Wij zijn al aan het uitzoeken wanneer we vrij kunnen krijgen om weer te gaan! Schrok wel toen ik de reviews las over vieze huisjes etc maar ons huisje wat gedateerd ( wat hoort in de Ardennen) maar wel schoon en netjes en er waren voldoende spullen aanwezig. De bedden waren ook echt heerlijk en al met al een geweldige vakantie gehad!
Geen klein winkeltje op het park.

Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon was echt prachtig! Er zijn mooie wandelroutes in de buurt en je zit zo in het bos vanaf het park. Het park ziet er heel netjes uit.
Het restaurant was niet uitnodigend, erg oud.

Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon was echt prachtig!!! Tot s'avonds laat zat je hier nog lekker in het zonnetje.
Het huisje was heel erg oud, maar ach als je de instelling hebt: back to the 70's geniet je alsnog! Je moet er zelf wat van maken. Als ik dit moest inruilen voor een gerenoveerd huisje zonder dit mooie uitzicht had ik het niet eens gedaan!
- neem wel je eigen kussen en dekbed mee.
