Prachtige omgeving.
Het park was pas weer 3 weken open. Daardoor ja het slecht te benoemen wat goed of slecht was. Maar iets meer info over openingstijden parkshop na deze crisis...was prettig geweest.

Park heeft een mooie ligging
Badpersoneel onvriendelijk en onzin verhaal ophangen. Ken de protocollen rond corona aanpassingen. Heb hem zelf geschreven voor een ander zwembad. Een medewerker erg vriendelijk en legt alles goed en duidelijk uit. In de praktijk kom je zwemmen en is er andere medewerker die andere regels gebruikt en het zwemplezier daarmee verpest. Toezicht houden lijkt mij ook niet de bedoeling dat badpersoneel steeds gezellig samen kletst en steeds een medewerker de zwemzaal regelmatig verlaat of met haar rug naar toe staat. Dit is niet het toezicht houden wat ik ken uit mijn eigen omgeving.Helemaal niet op een park met veel jonge kinderen zonder hun ouders. Dit ik kan sterk verbeterd worden. Is nog veel leren van hun vriendelijke collega medewerker.

Review of "Landal Hoog Vaals" 8.0
Mooie ligging, leuke buiten speeltoestellen, leuk indoor speelparadijs, prima zwembad, fijn schoon huisje, lekkere broodjes uit supermarkt.
Gamehal iets te klein en teveel geld voor kort spelen. Bijvoorbeeld 20 of 50 cent per spel, tv met muziek / dans video’s dan hadden we daar wat langer lol kunnen hebben. Ganzen en eenden maken best veel geluid vroeg in de ochtend (nacht voor mij...).

Review of "Landal Hoog Vaals" 7.0
Voldoende te doen op het park maar vooral geënt op jongere kinderen, niet op tieners. Probleem met deur werd netjes en snel opgelost.
Winkel sloot op vrijdag om 18 uur. Veel mensen aan de gesloten deur en de app gaf andere informatie. Maak de apparaten in de gokhal wat goedkoper en daarmee interessanter voor tieners. Kosten voor eten en vertier zijn aan de hoge kant. Stoel in huisje is echt aan vervanging toe. Bij veel regen is huisje via de trap niet met droge voeten te bereiken.

De vele faciliteiten en de omgeving waar een hoop te doen is met kinderen.
Toch wel dat het autovrij is , waardoor je elke een paar keer heel lang moet lopen voor eindelijk weer bij je auto bent.
En er is ruimte zat.

De grote en de opstelling, gezellige sfeer en niet meer zo gedateerd qua meubels.
De eerste 2 dagen was de deed de Verwarming het niet waardoor het 2 dagen lang 13 graden binnen was , na het gemeld te hebben bleek het om een defecte thermostaat te gaan en deze hebben ze vervangen.
Aantal dagen later zat het putje van was de wasbak verstopt waardoor het water niet meer weg liep in de keuken en het water van de vaatwasser kwam ook daar omhoog , dit is door ons zelf weer opgelost door de sifon te demonteren en schoon te maken.
De leuningen waren vies zwart en de deurklinken idem.
Het vervelende is dat er een kaartje in het huisje staat met ‘Alles is gecontroleerd door de TD en schoongemaakt voor U, nou dat valt wel mee.
