Van te voren gemeld dat 1 persoon waarschijnlijk niet zou komen, er is toegezegd dat als we het bedlinnen in verpakking teruggaven er een verrekening ( bedlinnen en toeristenbelasting) zou komen. Dit bleek bij het uitchecken niet te kunnen.

Ligging bij het bos en openhaard en zwembad.
Komt erg commercieel over, bijvoorbeeld dat je gebeld wordt en erop gewezen wordt dat je moet reserveren voor het restaurant omdat het bijna vol zit, terwijl het dan helemaal niet vol is. En beetje gekunstelde vriendelijkheid van personeel. Bij zwembad stortte een kind door een raam. Er bleek geen EHBO te zijn, bezoekers stonden de bloedplassen bij elkaar te dweilen en een bezoeker verbond de wonden. Dat vonden wij wel een vervelend idee, dat er geen EHBO was.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
