Dat je geld moest betalen voor de schaatsbaan.
En betalen om een kerstboom in je huisje te hebben terwijl dit in het hotel gratis was.

Prachtig zwembad. Complete inrichting in het huisje. Veel servies en keukengerei.
Te felle verlichting in de woonkamer. Het zitcomfort van de bank en fauteuil in de woonkamer liet wel wat te wensen over.
Hele botte messen.
Toch wel wat achterstallig onderhoud in het huisje. Lekkende kraan in de keuken, kapot handvat van het kastdeurtje in de badkamer.
Schoonmaak liet te wensen over. In de badkamer nog een lege verpakking van doucheschuim en een wattenstaafje van de vorige gast. En op veel plaatsen nog spinnenrag (oa in de lampen boven de eettafel).
En echt opvallend was toch wel het ronduit slechte tegelwerk. De vloer in de woonkamer (was echt ongelijk- je zou maar struikelen), de muren in keuken en wc.

Ruhige Lage
In den Unterkünften kann man gut abschalten, besonders da man die Häuser nicht mit andern Parteien teilen muss.

guter Service
Im Schwimmbad sollte besonders im Umkleidebereich viel öfters gereinigt werden. Zudem sind die Schließfächer dort mangelhaft, da diese oftmals obwohl diese verschlossen sind einfach zu öffnen sind.
Die Belegschaft im Bowlingbereich könnte deutlich freundlicher sein. Außerdem ist aufgefallen, dass man die Kunden an den Bahnen immer erst an die falsche Bahn setzt und erst nach der Einrichtung die Kunden umsetzt so das kostbare Zeit verschwendet wird. Hier haben nicht nur wir uns übervorteilt gefühlt.

Der Straubsauger roch im Betrieb sehr unangenehm (evtl. müssten die Filter öfters gewechselt werden)
Unter den Betten und dem Sofa befanden sich bei Einzug Lebensmittelreste und gebrauchte Kosmetikartikel
