Schöne Häuser.

In der Gegend ist nicht viel los. Kein schöner Strand zum Ausruhen und Baden.

Kommunikation mit Novasol kaum möglich. Höchstens per Chat, da zunächst mit einem Avatar. Internetseiten nicht auf deutsch, schlechte Übersetzung.

Bisschen abgenutzt. Spartanisch eingerichtet. Erinnert eher an Jugendherberge.

Wir hatten ein Haus mit Pool und Sauna. Das ist auf alle Fälle mal ein Pluspunkt.

Extrem negativ finde ich die versteckten Kosten. Es steht zwar in der Beschreibung, dass die Energiekosten separat bezahlt werden müssen. Allerdings ging ich davon aus, dass die grundlegenden Energiekosten für den Pool zum Beispiel in der Miete inklusive sind. Das aber jede einzelne Kilowattstunde berechnet wird, wie zum Beispiel für die Poolpumpe und das Gebläse, die den Raum trocken hält. Ist nicht in der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Das sollte zum Mietpreis gehören. Für mich sind das versteckte Kosten, um einen höheren Mietpreis zu erzielen.

Teilweise sehr beengt.
Die Duschabtrennung war sehr schmutzig.Die Waschmaschienentür war verzogen. Die Terassentür war schlecht eingeklemmt.

Direkt am Deich, wunderbar für Spaziergänge, schönes Haus wenn es richtig sauber gewesen wäre.

Fensterrahmen waren nicht sauber, man hatte das Gefühl als ob keine Endreinigung erfolgt war und die Reinigung vom Vorgänger stamme. Aus der Dusche kam auch nach einer Behandlung mit Chemie weiterhin ein übler Geruch aus dem Ablauf.
Erst nachdem der Ablauf durch uns gereinigt wurde war der massive Gestank weg.
