Review of "Oostappen park De Berckt" 9.0
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren dort drei Nächte, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Natürlich ist es kein Luxus Urlaub, aber das sollte man ja auch für das Geld wissen. Der Platz war sehr schön und sauber, genauso wie das Mobilheim. Ich würde wieder hin
Die Zeiten wann man dort essen gehen kann sind leider echt mies. Der erste Abend konnten wir nur zur Snack Bar, Restaurant schon zu. Am zweiten Abend waren extra früh genug dort,aber leider dann doch zu spät. Wir konnten nur noch Pizzen bestellen der Rest hätte zu lange gedauert. Wir bestellten Pizza für echt viel Geld und bekamen die Ofenfrische von.......
Super, am dritten Abend, haben wir dann drauf verzichtet dort was zu essen.

Das wir direkt dort parken können.
Es war sehr ruhig und es war eine kleine Hecke an der Terrasse so fühlte man sich eigentlich recht wohl. So konnte man wirklich in Ruhe dort sitzen ohne das man ständig angeschaut wird.
Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Wir haben alle über Rückenschmerzen geklagt.

Leuj animatie team voor kids al is het erg simplistisch
Heel onvriendelijk personeel. Stacaravan was smerig. Patatzaak had de bestellingen niet compleet of deels bevroren en het restaurant was nog het meest slecht. Je moetnl vooraf betalen en wat je krijgt is schrikbarend. Een rauwe pannekoek en diepvriespizza waarvan de kaas nog niet eens gesmolten was en een carpaccio salade met ruccola werd een paar plakjes donker vlees over verlepte ijsbergsla heen want de carpaccio werd nooit besteld.

Review of "Oostappen park De Berckt" 9.0
Unser Chalet war sauber und es war alle darin was man zum kochen braucht. Wenn man Camping sich wünscht und kein Zelt hat wie wir ist das wirklich eine tolle Lösung. Meine Kinder und ich hatten mega Spaß. Morgens direkt Tür auf und direkt im freien. Die Sitzecke direkt vor dem Chalet einfach super. Das Schwimmbad einfach Mega ein Riesen Pluspunkt. Wir hatten für meine Tochter ein Fahrrad geliehen super Preis für 3 Tage.
Kinder Animation war jeden Tag und es wurde sehr viel angeboten. Eine Mega Schaumparty war der Hammer zum Schluss. Der kleine Einkaufsladen hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Frische Brötchen und leckere kleine Teilchen mit einer leckern Kirschfüllung. Wir hatten tolle Tage und kommen gerne wieder
Das Personal im Imbiss Bereich war etwas überfordert bei einer größeren Menge an Leuten die was zu essen wollten.

Es ist ein Familienpark, sprich Lautstärke spielt keine Rolle, die Kindern können sich frei und nach Lust und Laune bewegen
Das Personal ist UNFASSBAR unhöflichlich.
Ja, es gab angeblich Personalmangel aber wer in der Gastronomie oder welchen Beruf im Service sich auch immer aussucht, sollte das Minimum an Höflichkeit und Etiketten besitzen.

Unterbringung sehr veraltet

Sehr veraltet, WC war kaputt (wurde repariert), Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig funktioniert/gekühlt, Fernsehen hatte kein Empfang, Wasser mehrmals ausgefallen.

Der Park ist direkt an der Grenze, es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.
Leider herrschte aktuell Personalmangel und daher war z.B. der Imbiss geschlossen und es gab längere Wartezeiten.

Door te weinig personeel zijn niet alle horecagelegenheden elke dag open.
Castle chalet
- wasbak badkamer zat haar in putje
- kraan badkamer was niet goed schoon
- bij binnenkomst lagen er 40 dode vliegen op de vloer
- afvoer keuken liep niet goed weg
- heb het het onkruid van m'n terras zelf maar erg gehaald was 20 cm hoog.
- badkamer vloer waren de voegen uit en tegels zaten los. Na klagen bij receptie voor een badmat oid n 48 uur nog geen oplossing. Heb zelf de medewerkers op het park vervolgens moeten aanspreken

We zaten dichtbij de grote speeltuin en de kermis
Alle gebreken die ik hierboven heb beschreven
En de chalets staan ontzettend dicht op elkaar.
