- The park calculates a deposit of €250 per accommodation. If you depart outside the reception hours, then this amount will be refunded within max. 4 weeks. If you have three or more cottages booked, the deposit can only be refunded into your bank account. When renting to young people the deposit may be doubled (this applies to both individual groups and school groups).

- Energy costs are calculated locally according to consumption. Each month, the price of energy is adjusted according to the official market rates
- Indoor swimming pool
- An indoor swimming pool is located some 200 metres from the park. Tickets for this can be bought at the park reception. Please note: swimming cap and swimming trunks are compulsory (no shorts).

Omgeving is prima.
Appartementen op de eerste etage zijn zeer benauwd in de zomer, geen airco aanwezig.
Service van het personeel is zeer slecht, zowel aan de receptie als op het hoofdkantoor van Residence Durbuy. Men is je liever kwijt dan rijk bij het vragen om een wijziging of als je ergens niet tevreden over bent.
Om vanaf de ene kant van het park naar de andere kant te komen bijv. naar het zwembad dien je ver om te lopen of de auto te pakken (weg is zeer steil).

Veel te warm in de zomer. Het meubilair is toe aan grondige schoonmaak of vervanging.
Geen mogelijkheden om met kinderwagen te lopen tot aan het huisje, er zijn altijd trappen te nemen.

Mooie ligging, verscholen tussen het groen heb je geen idee hoe groot het park is.
Enigszins gedateerd. Schimmel in de badkamer, gaatjes in de hoes die om het matras zit. Maar je kan wel zien dat er schoongemaakt wordt, het appartement was niet vuil

De ligging
De huisjes mogen wat opgeknapt worden,voor ons was het geen echt probleem maar kan me voorstellen dat het voor sommige mensen wel een probleem is,het park word verkocht als park met zwembad terwijl dit niet zo is paar jaar geleden was dit wel zo nu moet je steeds betalen wat voor een gezin met kinderen wel een flinke meer prijs word voor je vakantie of wij het park zullen aanraden aan anderen denk het niet om dat het voor ons wel oke is maar ondanks de kleine gebreken ik schrik zou hebben dat die mensen het toch niet goed zouden vinden! ik zou nu wat opknappen nu zijn de kosten nog beperkt

Heel wat kleine dingen die stuk zijn vb plinten tegels lijst van deur, verf aan muren vuil zo van die dingen.ons bestek was vuil wat echt niet leuk is allemaal dingen waar snel iets aan kan gedaan worden zonder veel kosten

Het appartement was ruim opgezet.
Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud. WC lekte. Kozijn half uit de deurpost.Slecht gepoetst. Spinnenraggen hingen overal en de handvaten van de kastjes in de keuken waren vies en kleverig. De vaatwasser deed het maar op basis van koud water. Op het oog ziet het er mooi uit maar tijdens ons verblijf kwamen steeds meer gebreken en viezigheid. Ook de energiekosten die je achteraf moet betalen is absurt hoog. Tja, dat hoor je pas als je daar bent. Jammer. Het is op zich een mooi park en de huisjes ook, maar dus slecht onderhouden. Er gaat blijkbaar tussendoor niemand eens kijken of alles nog functioneert.

Rustig gelegen. Mooi uitzicht.

Was er lekker rustig. Zaten als enige in het complex dat uit 4 appartementen bestond.
We zouden zelf linnengoed meenemen. De onderleggers die op de bedden lagen waren echter niet verschoond. Zaten haren op van de vorige bezoekers. Op meerdere plaatsen zaten spinnenwebben. Wifi kostte voor een midweek 15 euro maar de ontvangst was zeer slecht. Minder dan de helft van de tijd had ik ontvangst. Stoken (elektrisch) is erg duur omdat je elektrische verwarming hebt. 40 kW per nacht is inbegrepen maar in een koude periode is dit echt onvoldoende. Daarboven betaal je 23cent per kW bij. In de zomermaanden zal dit geen probleem geven waarschijnlijk.

Zeer mooie bungalows met alle comfort.
Het is er enorm rustig, vind ik enorm belangrijk als zelfstandige.
Dat U nu moet betalen voor het zwembad, vroeger kon U het zwembad nuttigen als U verblijf in de Residence, wat ik toch een enorm pluspunt vindt.

De elektrische verwarming is duur ( vooral in de winter )
Waarom niet alle bungalows voorzien van hoog rendement
ketels zowel voor verwarming als voor warm water.

Review of "Residence Durbuy Ardennen" 7.0
Ik heb een huisje van 4 personen besteld. Op de site waren er foto's te zien van een huisje op de gelijkvloers met 2 porte-fenetres en veel licht. Onze ontgoocheling was heel groot toen we op een soort zolderverdieping toekwamen, 2 veluxen en 1 groot raam die pal op een boom uitgaf.Dus totaal geen contact met de omgeving. Zo te horen van het personeel verhuren jullie geen 4persoonsappartementen op gelijkvloers. Staat blijkbaar vermeld. Erg misleidende reklame. Héél ontgoochelend. Daarom keren wij niet terug. Ik wordt niet graag bedrogen.
