Deposit
The park calculates a deposit of €250 per accommodation. If you depart outside the reception hours, then this amount will be refunded within max. 4 weeks. If you have three or more cottages booked, the deposit can only be refunded into your bank account. When renting to young people the deposit may be doubled (this applies to both individual groups and school groups).
Energy costs
Energy costs are calculated locally according to consumption. Each month, the price of energy is adjusted according to the official market rates

An indoor swimming pool is located some 200 metres from the park. Tickets for this can be bought at the park reception. Please note: swimming cap and swimming trunks are compulsory (no shorts).

Zwembad, ligging, tweetalig personeel.

In de huisjes werkt niet alles optimaal, denk aan de föhn, ventilatie in de douche etc..
Ook zou het schoonmaken iets beter kunnen en mogen.
Aan het zwembad staan maar 11 stoelen en er is verder weinig tot geen plaats om je handdoek te leggen.

Ligging is heerlijk rustig.

Enkele dingen in het huisje waren kapot, zoals de föhn en de ventilatie in de douche.
Verder was ons huisje erg ouderwets ingericht.

Broodjes service in de vakantie, vriendelijkheid personeel, eenrichtingsverkeer op het park, buitenzwembadje.

Geen restaurant/cafetaria, weinig activiteiten.

Het was ruim en er was een goede televisie.

Geen normale douche, je moet zelf de douchekop vast houden. Het meubilair was gedateerd, maar wel schoon.

De locatie. Leuke plek in de bergen en alle activiteiten zijn goed aan te rijden.
zwembad aanwezig.

Het verblijf: bijna alle lampen kapot werden niet vervangen, stopcontact kapot, lamellen kapot, dekens, kledingkast en vaat niet schoon. Wifi gekocht maar werkt 2 dagen niet. Tussendoor is dit aangegeven maar werd niks aan gedaan en werd wel beloofd. Ook waren er bijna geen activiteiten op het park.

Review of "Residence Durbuy Ardennen" 4.0

Omgeving is prima.

Appartementen op de eerste etage zijn zeer benauwd in de zomer, geen airco aanwezig.
Service van het personeel is zeer slecht, zowel aan de receptie als op het hoofdkantoor van Residence Durbuy. Men is je liever kwijt dan rijk bij het vragen om een wijziging of als je ergens niet tevreden over bent.
Om vanaf de ene kant van het park naar de andere kant te komen bijv. naar het zwembad dien je ver om te lopen of de auto te pakken (weg is zeer steil).

Veel te warm in de zomer. Het meubilair is toe aan grondige schoonmaak of vervanging.
Geen mogelijkheden om met kinderwagen te lopen tot aan het huisje, er zijn altijd trappen te nemen.

De uitzicht is fantastisch

Geen airco of ventilator op hele warme dagen terwijl je wel apart moet betalen voor electra. Geen raam kun je open zetten deuren moeten dicht voor veiligheid. Geen privacy buiten. Geen bekwaam personeel. Ik kreeg zelfs iemand anders paspoort. Als je vragen hebt of je wilt informatie krijg je een zoek het zelf maar uit blik.

Een hard bed, douche werkt nauwelijks, weinig servies. Geen privacy, nauwelijks tot geen terrasstoelen, geen raam om open te kunnen zetten.geen airco of ventilator.

Buiten ziet alles er mooi onderhouden uit en goed gelegen

In de bungalows is het onderhoud iets minder en is er al duidelijke sleet merkbaar op sommige dingen. Maar overall nog wel redelijk.

Alles redelijk goed, volgens verwachting

Aparte afrekening van electriciteit en gedoe met meters is wat van de jaren 80. Beter de prijs klein beetje verhogen en al dat gedoe met meterstanden vermijden. Plus de wachttijden aan de receptie zullen drastisch verminderen, want alle uitleg neemt lang in beslag.
