In de slaapkamer zaten veel muggen. Misschien een hor voor het slaapkamerraam?
Verder hadden we toch wat last van de airco van de buren. Die stond de hele dag te draaien, terwijl de buren er zelf niet waren. Het apparaat geeft vrij veel herrie.

Review of "TopParken Résidence Valkenburg" 8.0
De ligging, de heuvelachtige locatie zorgt én voor een erg mooi uitzicht, ook dat de vakantiegangers geen ingesloten indruk hebben, ondanks het feit dat de bungalows, verspreid over de lanen, in rij werden geplaatst. Dat minimaliseert ook buurhinder en optimaliseert eenieders intimiteit.
Spijtig dat de bungalows die langs de parking met afvalstorage liggen bij warm weer last hebben van de geur van afval. wij hebben dit kunnen vaststellen door onze wandelingen doorheen het park.

De ligging, 2 badkamers, 1 afgezonderd WC, ruim terras, de matrassen, open living ruimte, kookgerief
Stofpluizen onder bed van 1 kamer, overgebleven rookafval op terras (in een hoek in een beker), waterafvoer van de lavabo's van grootste badkamer deed het bijna niet (niet aantrekkelijk bij tandenpoetsen ...), versleten/beschaidgde plinten rondom de keukenhoek salon kussentjes met zweetvlekken, salonzetel had hondenharen achter de rugkussens, en nog ander meubilair/keukengerief dat aan vervanging toe was (kapotte staande lamp was in een hoek geduwd om recht te houden, kapotte onderleggers, bevlekte mandjes). dit werd opgemerkt aan het onthaal, die het spijtig vond dat wij hiermee hadden gewacht. Zij hadden er anders meteen aan verholpen. Dit is dus geen verwijt naar het park toe, maar eerder een gevoel van spijt dat de eigenaars hier niet bewuster mee omgaan.

Mooie lokatie en vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel
Huisjes zonder airco in de zomer kan je eigenlijk niet meer verhuren, de temperatuur in zo’n huisje loopt dan al snel op naar de 37 graden. Dat is onbehagelijk

Prima huisjes met alle voorzieningen
Wij miste echt een airco in het huisje, het is met veel ramen en niet overal gordijnen waardoor je de warmte niet buiten kon houden. En en loopt de temperatuur al snel op naar de 37 graden.

Gezellig en sfeervol park, zeer behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie.
Geen “echte” winkel aanwezig. Die aan de overkant is te klein en alleen in de ochtend open.

Uitstekend restaurant.
Buitenzwembad.
Snackbar.
Goede jacuzzi en sauna
Fietsverhuur aan de overkant.
Slaapkamers zijn té klein. Op 1 van de 3 slaapkamers konden niet eens nachtkastjes staan.
Geen plankjes aanwezig om iets op te leggen en wat ik vooral mis is altijd een spiegel!
Huisjes erg warm, wel airco aanwezig maar daar moet je ook nog apart voor betalen!

Ligging van het huisje. Mooi huisje.
Onderhoud tuin zeer slecht, gras stond zeer hoor, planten waren verwilderd, hebben bij de ingang de planten zelf moeten snoeien omdat er doorns aan zaten niet prettig, waarom waren de tuinen van veel huisjes wel goed onder houden maar deze niet, liepen toch genoeg tuinmannen rond die het netjes deden, bij de receptie inlichtingen gevraagd kregen te horen dat de eigenaar zijn tuin zelf onderhield, daar was niks van te zien, vinden wij geen reclame van topparken

HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
