- You are welcome at the park from 4 p.m. onwards. You can drive directly to the apartment complex until 5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. If you arrive later and there is still an outstanding payment, we kindly ask you to report at the Service point of Kustpark Egmond aan Zee, Nollenweg 1. If everything is paid, and you have your pin code ready, you can drive directly to the apartment complex of De Graaf van Egmont, also after 5 p.m.
- Interior and Exterior
- Please note that the interior and exterior may differ from the photos. The photos show you what to expect in the park, however the design and appearance of your assigned accommodations may differ from those shown.
- Facilities
- As a guest of De Graaf van Egmont, you also enjoy free access to sports and entertainment activities at the Egmond aan Zee holiday park. You can also use the supermarket and bike rental here. The wellness facilities will be opened at a later stage and the swimming pool is closed permanently.
- Young people
- Bookings can only be made by people over 21 years old.
- Groups
- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.

Eine ruhige Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Man kann im hauseigenen Parkhaus sehr gut parken.
Man fühlt sich sicher und gut aufgehoben. Die Reservierung und der Service hat super funktioniert. Jederzeit wieder gerne!!

Wir haben ein Appartement mit Hund gebucht und haben kurz vorher die Nachricht bekommen das Hunde nicht erlaubt sind der Ferienpark hat das Geld einbarhalten und Sind nicht gesprächsbereit. Reine Katastrophe nicht zu empfehlen da der Service sehr schlecht ist.

Nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt, ab dem ersten Stock von der Front und Seite direkten Meerblick.
Zur Hauptsaison ist die Lage dann auch negativ, da die Straße vor dem Haus an der Promenade vorbei führt und ein starker Fahrzeugverkehr vorhanden ist, die Lärmbelästigung dann sehr hoch ist.

Wohnung war sehr gut, modern, nichts beschädigt.
Auch der Reinigungszustand bei Übernehme war perfekt.
Es fehlten meines Erachtens eine Filterkaffee-Maschine sowie ein Toaster.

Dat de receptie niet altijd open is en er daarom ook geen personeel aanwezig is. Je kunt dan een algemeen telefoonnummer bellen als je iets wilt weten.

Sfeervol appartement ontzettend netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vaatwasser is pluspunt!
Dat er verder niks anders is dan appartementen. Dus geen mogelijkheid om in een ontbijtzaal te gaan zitten.

Mooi nieuw appartement.Hele mooie ligging aan het strand.Het was.3persoons maar gelukkig was in de keuken alles ruim aanwezig.Geen 3 messen, 3 vorken, 3 borden enz. Geen sporen van andere honden.
geen.Vond alleen jammer dat niet vermeld was dat balkon niet af was.Zaterdagmiddag in het zonnetje op het balkon gezeten maar.met voeten in soort cement omdat er geen tegels lagen.
Had op zijn minst vermeld mogen worden.Zag er niet uit.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking.
