Weinig personeel voor de winkel,bar,restaurant en snackbar.waren vaak 2 mensen voor die dit allemaal moesten doen waardoor erg lang wachten en onduidelijk.erg onprofessioneel personeel.

De bedden waren vreselijk,gelukkig waren wij een weekendje zou het geen week uithouden.de veren waren duidelijk voelbaar.

... keine für mich erkennbaren.
- komplett auf niederländische Kunden eingestellt, als deutscher Urlauber sehr schwierig
- Innenausstattung des Hauses sehr altertümlich und in keinem Verhältnis zu den Kosten.
- WLAN sehr fehleranfällig, häufige Ausfälle
- Reaktion auf Kundenbeschwerden an die Zentrale (Holland) werden scheinbar nicht bearbeitet
- nur selten ein Buffetangebot und das ist dann den Preis nicht wert
- zu wenig Angebote für Kinder, Animation komplett auf holländisch

Mooi ruim huis.
Achterstallig onderhoud. Slecht schoongemaakt (stof onder de bedden, bovenop de rand van de kozijnen, trap). Beperkte inventaris.

Iedereen heeft zich goed vermaakt.
Als je de volle mep moet betalen mag je wel een goed schoongemaakt huis verwachten. Je bent verplicht de schoonmaakkosten te betalen, maar je laat het huisje schoner achter dan dat je het betrekt.

Vriendelijkheid personeel winkel, restaurant, receptie.
De snelle service bij probleem met de tv en wifi (heel belangrijk voor de kids).
Bij de vraag om topmatrassen werden deze dezelfde ochtend afgeleverd, wijzelf waren niet aanwezig. Al met al super klantgericht.

Opzet van het park is zeer goed te noemen
Zwembad direct naast het park toch heel goed
Je krijgt slechts een vrijkaartje voor het zwembad
matrassen en meubilair was aan vervanging toe!

De matrassen zijn toe aan vervanging net zoals de banken die doorzakken.
douche cabine die kapot is , aangegeven , maar niemand die het komt maken.
