Mooie omgeving

Zeer verouderd huisje slecht schoongemaakt en staat van onderhoud zoals meubilair beneden peil bedden zeer slecht .Horeca personeel zeer onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd en mijn persoonlijke mening er horen geen honden in het restaurant ik weet niet wat jullie beleid is hier in .de beleving van het personeel kan naar mijn mening een stuk beter Vorig jaar naar Bad Bentheim geweest totaal anders het personeel zeer gast vrij .Het personeel zou eens moeten beseffen dat hun salaris door de gasten word betaald.Erg jammer verder ligging in mooie omgeving

Weinig privacy. Soms diepe geulen, eng voor kinderen. Personeel rijd erg hard over het park!!!!

Prima huisje netjes en op 't oog schoon. Ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Net terras en apart hok voor wasmachine en droger.

Geen dweil. Kleine woonkamer voor 8 persoons huisje. Onstabiel eettafel.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Alleen animatieteam was top

er is totaal geen privacy, wat een aanfluiting, park is ook erg onrustig, Roompot controleert te weinig of mensen zich aan de regels houden waardoor de hond van de mensen naast je op jouw terras poept, er 12 mensen feest vierden in een 8 persoons huisje maar er rijdt of loopt nooit iemand van Roompot rond dus resulteert dit in wangedrag op het park! Er zijn maar twee speeltuintjes en enkel gericht op peuters/ kleuters gericht wat oudere kinderzender kunnen hier dus hun ei niet kwijt!
GEEN PRIVACY!!!!! Kijkt recht in elkaars neus, dicht op elkaar geen struiken of heg er tussen! Kan echt niet! Internet moet je aanschaffen en kost 15,50 voor een week maar functioneert totaal niet! Ons huisje was niet schoon bij aankomst en alles was vrijwel kapot, Roompot controleert overduidelijk niets! Groentelade ijskast was er uit! Combimagnetron kapot, , buitenstoelen kapot etc etc. Ook was bij aankomst het huisje niet schoon en hebben wij dit zelf moeten doen! Alles overigens wel gemeld bij de receptie maar kreeg het idee dat niet alles juist doorgekomen is!

Het huisje is mooi van afmeting, heerlijk ruime kamers, matrassen bedden erg goed

Te weinig privacy huisjes staan te dichtbij elkaar zonder enige afscheiding en terrassen naar elkaar toe, echt waardeloos! Huisje was vies! Bijna alles wat kapot kon zijn, was kapot

Pluspunt vind ik wel dat veel personeel nederlands praat.

Een min punt bind ik echt wel het ontbreken van de wifi. Je kunt dit wel tegen betaling krijgen maar de kwaliteit is erg slecht dus we hebben dit ook niet gedaan.

Dat je best dicht op elkaar zit zonder beschutting.

Die Lage, und die Rezeption waren in Ordnng

Die Matrazen waren eine Zumutung total durch gelegen. Der Supermarkt hatte Preise wie in der Apoteke. Die meisten Bewohner waren im 2 km entfernten Supermarkt einkaufen .Für die Kinder war alles klein gehalten kein Vergleich mit euren anderen Parks oder etwa der Konkurrenz. Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen

De omgeving

De huisjes zijn erg eenvoudig, de stoomcabine was kapot. Ook staan de huisjes erg dicht op elkaar. Bij het buffet op donderdagavond was er veel te weinig personeel, de jongens die er waren deden heel erg hun best om te helpen. Maar een kwartier wachten op een eerste drankje is best erg lang.

De stoomcabine was kapot, alles was minimaal aanwezig en erg eenvoudig.

De omgeving is prachtig daarvoor gingen wij naar Cochem.

Bij binnen komst zat de vaatwasser nog vol met vuile borden/bestek/glazen de sproeiarmen van de vaatwasser zaten vol met etensresten het zwembad stelt ook niet veel voor.
