- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied and the final cleaning will be obligatory. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.
- Young people
- Bookings can only be made by people over 21 years old.

Was een mooi parkall
Alles op park vroeg dicht was
Slechte stoelen
Hele kuil in de bedden
Douch was erg klein en de wc ook erg klein.
Beetje jammer dat de zee ver weg lag dat altijd de auto moet pakken of fiets moet gaan huren er voor.

Vriendelijk personeel
Chalets waren erg vies van binnen…en de speelplekken op de plattegrond bij de chalets was 10x niks het enige wat ik heb gezien was een zielig verouderde wipwapje!

Mooi speelterrein.
Redelijk dicht bij strand

Review of "Roompot Kustpark Texel" 7.0
Het is een mooi park ruim opgezet. Het personeel is vriendelijk.
Ik weet niet of de vraag nog gaat komen maar het huisje was alles behalve schoon! Smerig kun je beter zeggen! Vlekken op de vloer was niet goed gezogen terwijl toen we aankwamen de schoonmaker nog bezig was. In de douche liep het water niet weg mijn man ging kijken en haalde heel veel haar uit het putje! Bah om misselijk van te worden! Daarnaast ook schimmel in de douche en op de rolgordijnen in de slaapkamer zat schimmel. Ronduit slecht dus! De wc was super krap.

Ik heb het al opgeschreven bij het vorige stuk zo hoog zit het me dat het echt niet schoon was! We hebben een melding gedaan bij de receptie dat het niet schoon was. Gezegd dat het afvoerputje van de douche vol zat met haar leek wel of er een hond in gewassen was en dat de vloer vies was we hebben foto’s laten zien. Ze reageerde vriendelijk maar er is verder niks mee gedaan.
Bijna alles maar vooral de dat het niet schoon was! Maar kan ook wel een verfbeurd gebruiken en opgeknapt worden!

Park ligt dichtbij het strand en de winkels.
Wij zaten aan het einde van het park in een straatje waar honden toegestaan waren veel honden liepen los daar en veel hondenpoep in het straatje

De vaatwasser
Het huisje was echt heel vies achter de bank lagen heel veel dotten met haar en stof. Langs de randen van de muur spinnenwebben. Het toilet stonk heel erg naar urine. De bank zat vol vlekken en het huisje rook heel erg naar hond. Er zat een combi/oven in het huisje maar geen gebruiksaanwijzing. Geen mes om vlees te snijden of een klein scherp mesje om een bijvoorbeeld een appeltje te schillen.

De vriendelijke dame bij de receptie die na onze klacht er alles aan deed om het probleem snel op te lossen.
1) Bij aankomst straalde het geen sfeer en gezelligheid uit.
2) Zwembad wel wat gedateerd en mevrouw achter de zwembadbalie had ook wat vriendelijker mogen reageren.
3) Weinig te doen in de avond.
4) Supermarkt stelt weinig voor.

Ruime bungalow, ruime slaapkamers en 2 toiletten (boven en beneden), vaatwasser en 2 parkeerplekken.
Bij aankomst, na 3 1/2 uur in de auto te hebben gezeten, troffen wij een ontzettend smerig huisje aan. (Bedlinnen van de vorige bewoners lag er nog, prullenbakken niet geleegd, keuken goor en tafels vol met kruimels en kleeftroep) Dit gemeld bij de receptie en zij heeft gelijk een schoonmaakteam gestuurd die het van boven naar beneden schoongemaakt hebben.
