- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.

- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied and the final cleaning will be obligatory. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.

Niet schoon gemaakt pluizen dwarrelen er rond. Dingen waren kapot. Meubels te groot en antiek keuken stoelen krijg je een houten reet van. Geen informatie wanneer de winkel,restaurant, snackbar open zijn.

Chalets liggen te dicht bij elkaar. Veel gesjouw met onze spulletjes naar plaats van bestemming. Te weinig karretjes voor handen

Ligging vlak bij De Koog en strand/bos.
Rommelig park. Rustige omgeving.

Ruimte en aanwezige faciliteiten. Was redelijk schoon.
De magneetkaart werkte niet op het slot. Drie kwartier en 3 telefoontjes later in de kou gestaan voordat de Technische Dienst er was en de deur opende. Later kregen we een sleutel. Wsch. is het probleem ontstaan doordat de deur niet goed in het bovenste scharnier zat. Deur was daar ook beschadigd, van binnenuit kon je naar buiten kijken. Slecht onderhouden chalet, gaat duidelijk alleen om de profits.

Een ruim opgezet park.
Onze wens (rustige ligging) werd gehonoreerd.
Redelijke afstand tot het dorp Koog.
Schoonmaak kan echt beter.
Stopcontact keuken lag er half uit. (gevaarlijk voor kinderen).
Zwembad/sauna mag wel iets kleurrijker, gezelliger worden middels planten en andere attributen.
Meer sfeer creëren op het park dus.

Staat van onderhoud slecht (voordeur hangt uit lood sluit slecht; houtwerk overal beschadigd. CV kon niet op lagere stand dan 20 en viel een keer uit. Tegelpad losliggend. Kapstok onhandig.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
