Review of "Roompot Park Eksel" 6.0
Alles is nieuw. Met de toegangscode voor het huisje hoef je niet meer langs een balie te gaan. Erg makkelijk.
De ligging. Het park ligt op 400 m van de N 74. De ganse dag behoorlijk lawaai overlast.
Er is geen privacy op de terrassen van de huisjes. Ze liggen zeer dicht bij elkaar en veelal zie je de andere gasten zitten.

Het park is nog niet af! Is dus niks te doen in het park zelf

Het huisje zelf was mooi
De wc lekte aan de onderkant en er waren geen verduisterende gordijnen in de woonkamer. Dus de mensen die langs liepen konden naar binnen kijken want er hing alleen maar vitrage

Mooie volledig ingerichte luxe bungalow's.
Erg veel honden aanwezig. Omdat er geen aparte uitlaatterreinen voor de honden waren werd er tussen de bungalows op het gras deze beesten uitgelaten.

Geen apart toilet. Was nu in badkamer geplaatst.

Fiets en wandelmogelijkheden vanaf het park.
Dicht bij een snelweg.
Militaire vliegbasis in de buurt.

Alles was vrij nieuw, dus goede bedden en geen uitgeleefde bungalow.
Ietwat gehorig. Je hoort de mensen de trap op en af lopen, omdat de huisjes geschakeld zijn. Je hoorde ook je buren kletsen als het stil was. Verwarming d.m.v. airco was niet fijn.
Beton vloer voelde koud en was niet goed schoon, voornamelijk vettigheid van koken.

Niet al te groot park, iets wat wij prettig vinden. Huisjes zijn goed en praktisch ingedeeld. Oogt klein maar alles wat je nodig bent zit erin. Prima!
Het was jammer dat het "centrum" nog niet klaar was, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. We zijn erg benieuwd hoe het is als het park klaar is. Dus eigenlijk zijn er geen minpunten

Heel service minded mensen aan het onthaal. Waarvoor ontzettend veel dank!
Minpunt is gekend: kraan van douche is gevaarlijk. Zeer stroef naar de koude kant te draaien maar ontzettend makkelijk naar de warme kant te draaien. Dit is zeer gevaarlijk voor kinderen.

"Het zappen van tv ging heeeel traag, na melding werd dit snel opgelost. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Leuk dat je kon paddelen
Om 8u15 werden we opgeschrikt tijdens onze slaap door een bosmaaier en bladblazer. De huisjes hebben weinig isolatie waardoor je het gevoel kreeg dat je naast de bosmaaier stond.
Huur van het materiaal padel pp prijzig . In totaal hierdoor veel betaald vr 1u.
De eerste kamer boven is jammergenoeg geen volwaardige kamer doordat er geen deur inzit. Alles wat in de leefruimte gebeurd is te horen in deze kamer.
We misten een hor voor de ramen. We hadden s nachts last van muggen en het was begin nov"

Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Rustige omgeving met fietsroutes.
Huisjes zijn in orde, vooral de keuken, is tiptop. Er is een berghok naast het huisje dat op slot kan. Is een klein park.
Het park is nog niet volledig af. Geen last gehad van de werken.
Luidruchtige huisjes. gordijn in de woonkamer is doorschijnend , als het licht aan is , dan kan iedereen binnen zien.
Geen privacy op het terras.

Review of "Roompot Park Eksel" 6.0
Nieuwe moderne look. Opgemaakte bedden. Ruime kamers. Ideaal met honden. Ligging. Toegang met code (geen uur te respecteren). Voldoende glazen, borden, bestek, etc....Rustig (er is een militair vliegveld in de buurt maar daar hebben we niets van gemerkt).
Omgeving ideaal voor wandelingen en fietsen.
Toffe brasseries en resto's in de buurt
Airco in de huisjes (maar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt - was niet nodig)
De afgesloten ruimte voor fietsen en co per bungalow is een heel mooie meerwaarde !
Licht die op het terras gans de avond en nacht blijft branden, dit geeft ook licht in de woonkamer en slaapkamer boven.
Wifi niet ideaal. Er is mogelijkheid via je apparaat te streamen op TV maar blokeert heel regelmatig.
Eet- en winkelgelegenheid op het park, maar dit is in opbouw dus veronderstel dat dit mss komende zomer wel aktief is.
Grintpad brengt wel wat vuil naar binnen.

HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
