Ligt prima tov van Schin op Geul en natuur

Huisje is prima en netjes, wat gedateerd. goed bijgehouden.
Negatief is een groot woord.
- geur in toilet was niet optimaal.
- in douche was schimmel (zwarte puntjes) op het plafond, door ventilator langer te laten draaien én een ventilatie sleuf onderzijde deur te maken, kan dat worden voorkomen.
- glaswerk is wat aangetast door glascorrosie

Ligt mooi, vlakbij het station. In een kwartier ben je in Maastricht.
Park is ruim en groen.
Personeel is erg behulpzaam.
Het is een verouderd park wat gerenoveerd wordt. Maar van een oud huisje maak je nooit een modern huis. Zeker als het weer slecht is (in ons geval) valt het wat tegen en is het soms kil.

Review of "Roompot Vakantiepark Schin op Geul" 7.0
De ligging tegen de heuvel met mooi uitzicht en veel ruimte tussen de huisjes. Vlakbij de geul en er zijn mooie wandelroutes vanaf het park, langs kastelen, naar een kluizenaarswoning en naar Valkenburg. Huisjes zien er ruim en verzorgd uit.
De ligging aan het spoor en de grote zendmast aan de zijkant van het park. Het beperkt aantal voorzieningen, geen eigen restaurant bv., geen zwembad.

Het grote veld met picknicktafel voor het huisje, het vrije uitzicht over het spoor op de heuvels aan de overkant. Het zonnige terras met muurtje, zodat je vrij zat. De inrichting, goede bedden en alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. De ligging laag in het park, vlakbij de receptie.
Het uitzicht op het spoor en de zendmast. Het hoge raam in een van de slaapkamers.

Mooie locatie in een mooie omgeving, afhankelijk van in welk huis je verblijft tevens een mooi ruim uitzicht.
Verouderde huizen, we misten een oven. De woonkamer was denk ik wel wat gemoderniseerd maar de slaapkamers waren gedateerd. Voor mensen moeilijk ter been kan het niet parkeren van de auto bij het huis een nadeel zijn maar ik begrijp ook dat de bouw op het glooiende park zich daar misschien niet voor leent. Wel in zoverre opgelost met de parkeerheffing.

Dat de woonkamer en het sanitair gemoderniseerd bleek en dat er na een melding van lekkage bij de verwarming meteen iemand van de technische dienst te hulp kwam. De douche (kracht van waterstraal) was prima. Ons uitzicht was goed, we keken mooi uit over de heuvel naar het glooiende dal en de trein die langskwam. Goed punt ook waar we fijn van wat zon hebben kunnen genieten op het terras
