- Please note: the facilities and the reception are for the neighbouring Roompot Beach Resort. This park is within walking distance (400m) and all of the facilities there are free for use by people staying at Roompot Water Village. Opening hours of facilities change depending on the season.
- Groups
- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Interior and Exterior
- Please note that the interior and exterior may differ from the photos. The photos show you what to expect in the park, however the design and appearance of your assigned accommodations may differ from those shown.
- Young people
- Bookings can only be made by people over 21 years old.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.
- Business related travelers
- It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings that are still made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park upon arrival.
- Temporary pool closure
- Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 November to Monday 4 December 2023. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Häuser. Angenehm ruhig (Auto frei). Tolle Ausstattung.
Gepflegte Möbeln.
Die Schwimmhalle ist sehr veraltet und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das ist ein Punkt, weshalb wir möglicherweise nicht umbedingt diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen können.
Als Verbesserungspunkt sehen wir:
- das Haus brauch ein Gestell um die Fahrräder anzulehnen
- das Haus brauch eine Stelle, wo man den Sand der Füße abwaschen kann, ohne es in der Dusche machen müssen.

Strandnähe und generell die Lage.

Küche war bei Anreise nicht sauber, Toilette war bei Anreise nicht sauber, im Schlafzimmer war Schimmel-vermutlich durch das anliegende Bad, dies haben wir auch dem Rezeptionsteam mitgeteilt

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking.
