2e bungalow was mooi. Restaurant goed!

1e bungalow niet schoongemaakt, daardoor verhuist naar andere bungalow
Geen welkomspakket aanwezig, 3x om moeten vragen
Ongevraagd werd er rond de bungalow gesnoeid, daardoor geen privacy
We hadden het te doen bij de receptie met excuses. We hadden verwacht dat we voor bovenstaande een tegemoetkoming zouden krijgen, aangezien we het volle pond hebben betaald!

Het park is netjes en wordt goed onderhouden.
Het park ligt perfect voor boswandelingen je loop vanaf het park gelijk het bos in.

Het huisje was niet goed schoon. heb het zelf schoongemaakt.

Het huisje was niet goed schoon. heb dit ook aan gegeven bij de receptie. Zij gaven aan dat dit bekend was en dat ze naar een ander schoonmaak bedrijf over gingen stappen.

De faciliteiten die leuk voor de kinderen waren.

Dat de horeca bij het zwembad in het hoogseizoen niet geopend is.

Het was echt niet schoon. Toen we dat aangaven zou er iemand komen poetsen die nooit geweest is... En wel mee gaan klagen over de schoonmaak bij het uitschenken?! Wel de schoonmaak kosten retour gekregen.

Mooie ligging en rustig

Werden in een oud chalet geplaatst hebben uiteindelijk een nieuwer chalet gekregen we betaalde de hoofdprijs voor een week. Verder is er geen contact meer geweest om te vragen of alles oké was. Receptie is klein en de spatschrtmen zaten onder de plakband resten.

Gewoon standaard

Geen aparte wc
Miste nog wel wat keuken accessoires zoals dessert lepels, kommetjes. In de slaapkamer geen haakjes
Vaatwasser van slechte kwaliteit was ook niet gevuld met zout en glansdpomiddel.

Geen minpunten kunnen ontdekken.

Er zaten nog doodgeslagen insecten op muren. Als de schoonmaakploeg die verwijderd. Ziet het er net weer wat vriendelijker uit.
