Tipi-Tenten, strandbad en binnenspeeltuin
Buitenspeeltuin, Torenvalkchalets en verdere uitstraling is "vergane glorie".

De accommodatie zelf (torenvalkchalet) is echt onder de maat, te oud waardoor ook niet schoon te houden, slecht bed, vieze kitranden enz.

De buitenspeeltuin is mooi en leuk, maar mss een beetje aan vernieuwing toe.

Color villa mooie accomodatie. Binenspeeltuin erg leuk, jammer dat je hier voor moet betalen.
Ik mis een binnenzwembad. Het park is zeer uitgestrekt, dus veel lopen als je achteraf zit. Vooral met kleine kinderen.

Inrichting en ruimte
Stapelbed niet goed afgewerkt. Geen rekje bij het bovenste bed en onderste bed erg muf, doordat de onderkant van het bovenste bed niet mooi afgewerkt is, blijft allemaal stof en spinnewebben tussen de balken hangen.
Gordijntjes in caravan ook wat muffig. Magnetron stond naast de televisie, erg vreemde plaats, naar ons idee kun je makkelijk een plankje maken en deze daar op zetten.

- per kind per dag betalen voor een indoor speeltuin op het terrein, waarvan je mag verwachten dat het bij het park hoort
- slechte staat van onderhoud buitenspeeltuin, veel is stuk, werkt niet
- veel te weinig personeel

Review of "Vakantiepark De Bergen" 7.0
-Ligging, buitenaf met veel mogelijkheden
-De klantvriendelijkheid kan veel beter. Bij aankomst kregen we vanwege een storing de inrijdkaarten niet. De poort moest dus handmatig open gemaakt worden. Op zich geen probleem, echter de persoon zag niet dat ik voor de slagboom stond. Bij het drukken op de intercom van de slagboom werd ik erg onvriendelijk door die persoon te woord gestaan. Dit kan echt beter!
-De TV gaf een slecht beeld. Dit gaf ik aan bij de receptie waarna de receptie aangaf dat dit met onderhoud te maken had. De storing bleef echter (na 2 dagen wachten), wederom teruggegaan en daar zou iemand worden gepland om dit te controleren. Deze afspraak is "vergeten". Na nogmaals de receptie benaderd te hebben is het verholpen.

- Huisje was al wat verouderd
- De WC doortrek knop werkte niet goed
- TV werkte niet
- Geen (sla) schalen aanwezig en kookspatel
- We hadden een muis in huis, waarschijnlijk had die zijn hol in het verwarmingssysteem van het huisje.

Parkerenterrein voor de colour villa,s.
Het inventaris van de huisjes was nog niet optimaal, alles heel nieuw, maar kan nog wat aanvulling gebruiken.

De matrassen zijn niet van goede kwaliteit, ondanks nieuw nu al slecht op te slapen.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
