Review of "Buitenplaats Gerner" 9.0
Het is ruim opgezet. Bij de huisjes is ruimte genoeg om te kunnen voetballen of badmintonnen bijvoorbeeld. En je hebt privacy. Het is er rustig.
Dat er geen bar of iets dergelijks is om even een biertje of wijntje te nuttigen

Het was een wat ouder huisje, maar alles was netjes en schoon. Dat wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
Dat de loungeset die bij het huisje was helemaal gaar was. Die is rijp voor de sloop.

Het bad is aan vervanging toe en de trap is gevaarlijk.

Rustige plek. Mooie natuur. Vlakbij Zwolle.
Het huisje was slecht. Slecht onderhouden, veel defecten etc. De prijs - kwaliteit is erg buiten proportie. We betaalden 525 euro voor 4 nachten. Veel te duur.

Erg ruime plaatsen, de bosbungalows zijn prachtig, de ontvangst was hartelijk , wisseling van de bungalow was goed geregeld.
Er werd ons eerst een gedateerde woning aangeboden die we niet gereserveerd hadden, was oud en zonder bad . daarna werd ons een uiterst sfeervolle bungalow aangeboden met badvoorzieningen

Een goede ligging, en een zeer nette inrichting. Dat betrof wel het specifiek huisje waar wij in zaten nr 11!
Voor 2 personen perfect, voor 4 personen misschien te weinig opbergruimte voor eigen spullen

Sfeervol, kleinschalig park. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede service (spelletjes lenen, tafeltennisspullen gratis af te halen bij receptie). Cafetaria goede kwaliteit voor zeer schappelijke prijs.
Badkamer is net vernieuwd. Er miste nog een plankje voor je kleding en een haakje voor je handdoek.

Het park ligt dichtbij het bos waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen met de hond.
Grote tuin bij de vakantiewoning.

Review of "Buitenplaats Gerner" 6.0
Het is gelegen in een rustig , groen gebied.
Het park doet voorkomen alsof er van alles te beleven valt voor kinderen. Dat is in geen geval waar. Niet 1 x kunnen zwemmen, want het was alleen in de ochtend openen en ieder x als wij reserveerden, konden wij niet terecht. De woning is overschat en gedateerd. het is in ieder geval geen 6 persoonswoning. 1 bedstee beneden, en op de overloop en 4 tal bedden, die bij iedere beweging bewogen. Onder aan de trap is er 1 wc voor 6 personen. Bij het aandoen van het licht, komt er een brullend geluid uit de afzuiger, die voormensen die boven slapen een verschrikkelijke hinder vormt. De traptreden zijn 10 cm breed en dus niet handig. De ingang naar boven is afgezet met een stukje, waar je de eerste x in ieder geval je hoofd stoot.

Het is een woning voor 2 persoenen!
de accommodatie is te klein voor 5 personen. De tuin en de ruimte om de accommodatie gaf met mooi weer ruimte om te bivakkeren, anders zou het tot irritaties kunnen leiden. Schandalig om het aan 5 pers. aan te bieden.! toilet, dat is uit de middeleeuwen!

Een ouder model huisje dus de slaapkamer beneden was wat krap maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving ervan.
