We mochten niet mee tijdens inspectie. Moesten lang wachten om onze klacht kwijt te kunnen. Receptie was onbeleefd.

Smerig huis. Haren, vieze muren, toilet niet schoon. Bestek smerig, schimmel en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Huisje stonk en was zeer onhygienisch. Teleurstelling.

De ligging blijft zeer goed.

- Misschien een zwemgelegenheid creëren, op warme dagen zou dat voor veel kinderen een uitkomst zijn.
- Parkeerbeleid aanpassen. Wij mochten niet bij het huisje parkeren maar vervolgens parkeert de meerderheid bij ons huisje.
- Het restaurant personeel wilde niet zeggen waar wij de VVV / tourist information konden vinden. Hij verwees ons naar een bord met kaartjes. Daarmee konden wij het doen.

- Niet alles was schoon, Dakraam boven de trap zat vol met spinnerag.
- Douchegordijn was aan onderkant beschimmeld.
- Niet alle huisraad was schoon.
- De keuken kraan was kapot.
- Handdoeken rek in de badkamer was stuk
- Afvoer in slaapkamer was lek.

Review of "Bungalowpark Les Doyards" 7.0

Goedkoop wij komen er al 10 jaar 2 x een weekend per jaar met verschillende vrienden als kennissen. Hiernaast is het gelegen aan een mooi weer en vlak bij het gezellige centrum van Vielsalm, met als vele bezichtiging locaties en klim/sport gelegenheden in de buurt.

Niet echt minpunten maar wel dingen waar u zou op kunnen letten om ergernis te voorkomen. Het is een honden vrij park en wanneer u een appartement heeft dat niet volledig boven aan gelegen is. Dan is er grote kans voor geluid hinder van de buren boven u heeft als aanwezigheid van een hond of honden. Daarnaast spreken ook weinig personeel leden Nederlands maar groot en deels Frans. Gezien de prijs en de ligging. Niks mis mee. Maar mensen die state of the art verwachten en gehele dagen doorbrengen in een huisje. Boek elders waar u meer luxe heeft. Wij komen sowieso elke jaar graag terug.

Modernisering en onderhoud van het huisje zijn aandachtspunten.

Onderhoud van het verblijf kon beter hoewel er niets zo kapot was dat er een klacht over is. Wifi en moderner sanitair zou op prijs gesteld zijn.

Ligging, zeer vriendelijke dame aan de receptie, aanwezigheid van een fijne speeltuin, restauratie van het park is vlakbij en goed van aanbod en kwaliteit/prijs

Aanwezigheid microgolfoven.

Terras: leuning zeer onveilig voor mensen met kleine kinderen of huisdieren, deur van appartement was ooit geforceerd en blijkbaar nooit gerepareerd (sloot moeilijk af en aan de onderzijde bleef er een spleet). Slechts één huissleutel voor een appartement van 6 personen is te weinig. Zeer kleine televisie van povere kwaliteit. Geen vaatwasser en zeer traag electrisch fornuis. Gemakkelijk lawaaihinder van mensen in het appartement boven/onder.
