Wij kwamen aan in de avond en vertrokken steeds in de morgens. Wat ons aangenaam verraste was de ontzettend vriendelijke receptioniste. Ze was zeer behulpzaam.

De ligging is voor ons precies goed. Dicht bij Valkenburg en Aken.
De koude huisjes. Ze zijn snel warm, maar ze koelen ook weer zeer snel af. We hadden dit keer helaas vervelende buren!Dit is echter voor ons de eerste keer dat we zulke verschrikkelijke mensen naast ons hadden, en de afhandeling was super. We boeken volgende keer weer.

Het huisje was goed alles wat er in stond was goed daar hebben wij geen kritiek over ,het was uitstekend.
Het was niet helemaal schoon Er hing wat grote spinnewebben een beetje hoog in de lucht.En er lip een hele grote spin op de grond.

De mooie ligging van het park en niet te groot , voor ons goed
Te veel schaduw bij onze bungalow (ongeveer 1 tot 1.5 uur zon per dag)

Rustige ligging ,vlak bij de ingang van het park , parkeergelegenheid dichtbij huisje zelfs eekhoorntje in de achtertuin,
Slecht schoongemaakt(na klacht snel gereageerd) , te veel mankementen aan interieur(douchekop kapot(ook weer snel gereageerd en hersteld) ,allebei de keuken lade's werkten slecht, deur slaapkamer links schuurt, muffe geur in huis waarschijnlijk door te weinig zon in en op het huis , terras ligt vol mos ,tegels naast en achter huisje liggen los)

Veel hondenpoep op de paden, geen zwembad

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking.
