- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Young people
- Bookings can only be made by people over 21 years old.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most accommodation. Please note that pets are always on request. If you wish to bring a pet, you pay a pet surcharge per pet per night and final cleaning is obligatory. If you cannot bring pets when making your reservation, there are unfortunately no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
- Business related travelers
- It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings that are still made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park upon arrival.
- Interior and Exterior
- Please note that the interior and exterior may differ from the photos. The photos show you what to expect in the park, however the design and appearance of your assigned accommodations may differ from those shown.
- Add a baby cot
- In all bungalows (4-person NT comfort, 8-person bungalow BE, 6-person bungalow BD Comfort) a cot can be placed in the bedroom. This is not possible in all chalets (RP4A, RP4B, RP6C, RP6A).
- Temporary pool closure
- Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 November to Monday 4 December 2023. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.

Slechte service, kunnen geen oplossing bieden als je een klacht hebt en dus zijn we op dag 1 alweer vertrokken met een heel verdrietig kind…dit mag en kan je als vakantiepark toch niet zomaar laten gebeuren?

Het stonk heel erg!
Een hele zware chemische/ desinfecterende lucht…weet niet wat er in het huisje is gebeurd en waarmee het daarna gereinigd is maar is in elk geval niet goed voor je gezondheid…ga daar dus niet in slapen en al helemaal niet met een kind.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wirklich sehr schön. Allgemein hat uns der Park sehr gut gefallen.
Die Öffnungszeiten der Snackbar, der übel riechende Tümpel der durch den kompletten Park führt

Het eten in de restaurants is heel erg goed.
De huisjes roken muf en waren niet op een top schoon. En de bediening praten Alleen maar gebrekkig Engels en een enkele Nederlands

Gunstige ligging. Ruim opgezet
De huisjes(2300) zijn niet voorzien van een zitje. Alleen tafel, stoelen en een slechte bank. Te ver van parkeerplaats dus veel sjouwen.

Compact gebouwd. Overdekt zitje buiten.
Geen zitje. Alleen tafel 3 stoelen en een slechte bank. Voor een weekend leuk maar niet voor 14 dagen.
Parkeren niet bij huisje daardoor veel sjouwen. Te weinig ruimte voor een 6 persoons huisje. In de douche kon je je kont niet keren. Voor mensen met een fobie geen pretje. Te kleine koelkast en piepkleine vriezer.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking.
