- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Youths
- Bookings can only be made by people over 21 years of age.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied and the final cleaning will be obligatory. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.

- The 6-pers. bungalow VO6 is an upstairs apartment and consists of so-called dike houses and water houses. The dike houses are accessible from the ground floor, but they do have a staircase in the house. One of the bathrooms is always upstairs. To enter the water houses, you have to climb a large staircase. If you have any preferences, you can specify them.

- It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings that are still made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park upon arrival.

- The Koos Kids Club and the entertainment programme only take place in July and August. Outside of these two months, the Koos Kids Club is closed, and there's no entertainment program.

Centraal gelegen, mooi strandje, snelle incheck, supermarkt aanwezig, op loopafstand van de terrasjes van Volendam.
Interieur zeer slecht en niet van deze tijd, binnenkant nodig toe aan een verfbeurt, geen buitenligstoelen bij de accommodatie.
Buitenkant oogt goed maar bij binnenkomst schrik je van de oude meubelen....

Interieur kan echt niet meer, niet van deze tijd! Vloeren ook zeer vies en vooral bij de trap waren de muren zeker toe aan een verfbeurt....
Interieur zeer slecht en niet van deze tijd, binnenkant nodig toe aan een verfbeurt, geen buitenligstoelen bij de accommodatie.
Buitenkant oogt goed maar bij binnenkomst schrik je van de oude meubelen....

Dicht bij de winkels en de dijk
Niet alleen bij dit park maar dat overal werklui worden geplaatst die veel overlast met zich mee brengen wat veel ergernis oplevert maar marinapark heeft deze overlast heel goed aangepakt

Zwembad erg klein en de kinderen misten een voetbalveld, op de veldjes tussen de woningen werd door oudere mensen niet prettig gevonden als zij voetbalden

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
