Review of "Roompot Resort Arcen" 7.0

Fijn dat er een sauna in het huisje was. Leuk dat er op verschillende dagen afhaalmenus waren.

Ontvangst had wat klantvriendelijker gekunt. Er was slechts 1 rol van het allergoedkoopste wc papier in het huisje. Er werd in een huisje naast ons geklust wat vooral sochtends vervelend was. Supermarkt op het park was te duur.

De ruime sauna (combinatie van infrarood en traditionele Finse sauna) was heerlijk. Alle benodigde faciliteiten waren aanwezig.

Bedden waren wat smal. Bestek was niet helemaal schoon; bij het verlaten van het huisje worden bezoekers geacht zelf af te wassen maar daar lijkt geen verdere controle op te zijn door schoonmakers.

Review of "Roompot Resort Arcen" 7.0

Voor de prijs was deze chalet met sauna zeer de moeite waard. De kinderspeeltuinen waren ook erg leuk.

Het park is niet zo groot qua voorzieningen, geen winkeltjes bijv. Voor nu in Corona maakte dat niet uit, maar dit zouden we normaal gesproken wel missen. De schoonmaak van ons huisje had ook beter gekund. Nog een vieze asbak. Volle, vieze vaatwasser enz.

Review of "Roompot Resort Arcen" 7.0

Leuk opgezet park, vanwege de lockdown waren veel faciliteiten gesloten maar onze kinderen (3 en 4) vermaakten zich prima in de leuke speeltuin en bij de kinderboerderij. Daarnaast hadden ze toch een leuk animatieprogramma met buitenactiviteiten en bijvoorbeeld knutselpakketjes om op te halen voor in je eigen accommodatie.

De sauna was erg fijn en prima voor 2 personen, ook waren de huisjes gezellig ingericht

We waren er net na de sneeuw en er was wel wat vocht in de huisjes, ook was er niet heel goed schoongemaakt, al rook het wel sterk naar desinfectiemiddel toen we arriveerden. Ook vond ik de bedden voor volwassenen erg smal (buitenverblijf welness).

Review of "Roompot Resort Arcen" 7.0

Leuk park met natuur water, binnenzwembad en een fantastisch animatie team. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel altijd welwillend op te helpen.

De ligging van sommige chalets is ongelukkig: als je daar buiten wilt zitten zit je eigenlijk op het doorgaande pad. Daarnaast loopt iedereen overal en dus ook langs je tuin. Door een heg of hek te plaatsen creeer je privacy en duidelijkheid voor gasten. Schoonmaak mag echt beter in de chalets: vooral onder meubilair op kasten was al lang niemand geweest

Mooie ligging en goede uitvalsbasis voor prachtige fietstochten in Limburg en ook in Duitsland. Daarnaast zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Huisje was niet goed schoon, ramen vies, dakgoten vol met troep. Daarnaast zou het verstandig zijn om een rook- koolmonoxide melder te plaatsen. Ook zou het handig zijn om een handleiding oor de combi oven en sauna in het huisje te hebben.
