- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.

- Park Zeebad is expanding, on the south-west side to be exact. It is possible that the work or modified routing in the park may cause some inconvenience. We will do everything we can to keep this to a minimum for all guests.

- It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings that are still made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park upon arrival.

Fussläufig alles gut zu erreichen.
Das morgens das Personal ums Haus läuft, um aufzuräumen.
Hab mich erschrocken, weil ich gerade erst aufgestanden bin, und nur in Unterwäsche im Zimmer stand.

Haus nr.1501 die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen,Schiebetür mit einem Holzbalken gesichert,
Habe noch eine Bitte, habe in einem Kleiderschrank einige anziehsachen vergessen,besteht die Möglichkeiten mir diese Sachen zu meiner Adresse zu schicken, natürlich gegen Post Nachnahmen.

Schöner, gepflegter Ferienpark, nah an einem wunderbaren Strand gelegen.
Auch Breskens bietet für einen Kurzurlaub nette Restaurants und Bars.
Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent, Buchung und Übergabe / Abnahme des Hauses unkompliziert.
Habe keine Minuspunkte gefunden....

Wir waren im einer Lodge Typ 4A Hausnummer: Kanteel 819. Das Haus war zwar klein, hatte aber Charm und ist für einen Kurzurlaub OK.
Das Haus 819 war unpersönlich eingerichtet. Was man zum Überleben braucht war da, ärgerlich war, dass ein Grill fehlte. Auch zwei Fahrräder im Schuppen wären toll. Besteck, Teller, Tassen, Töpfe und Pfannen waren von minderer Qualität. Auch hätten wir uns über Salz und Pfeffer gefreut.
Kleiner Hinweis: Entgegen der Beschreibung ist keine Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine im Haus, sondern eine Senseo Kaffee Pad Maschine.
Persönliches Pech: Das Haus 819 hat außer der Terrasse keinen Garten. In der Anlage gibt es im Stil Lodge Typ 4A Häuser, die einen größeren Garten haben und teilweise einen Zugang zum kleinen See.

Heel veel mooie nieuwe huisjes, ruim van opzet en modern ingericht. Ligging direct aan de zee
Voorzieningen in het park enigszins gedateerd, vooral hoofdgebouw, sporthal en minimaal opgezet restaurant. Geen winkel op park zelf (wel jumbo dichtbij).
Privacy bij nieuwe tiny houses: deze zijn geplaatst rond een aantal picknick banken (en gezamenlijke bbq), indien hier enkele bewoners gebruik van maken is het erg luidruchtig en dichtbij voor de rest.

Tiny huis: moderne ingericht, klein maar fijn en compleet.
Slapen boven icm toegankelijkheid bed, erg steile trap. Boven weinig mogelijkheid om te koelen (erg heet om te slapen in de zomer). Airco?
Hygiene: geen matras bescherming (alleen dun lakentje). En toegang van honden in de bungalows: hoe houd je die schoon en vrij van ongedierte in de toekomst?
Poetsploeg was erg snel klaar in de bungalows (< 5 minuten) waar wij zicht op hadden.
