Mooie opzet, veel leuke speelplekken voor kinderen
In de winter is alles dicht (zwembad, snackbar). Dit mag bij reservering wel duidelijk vermeld worden. Nu staat er ergens op de site wel dat het zwembad vanaf half oktober gesloten is, maar wij lazen dit alsof het buiten gedeelte gesloten was en juist het zwembad met schuifdak wel open was bij alle weersomstandigheden.

Ons huisje was buitengewoon mooi!! Netjes en schoon!!
Wij waren bij aankomst onaangenaam verrast en nogal teleurgesteld.
Op de boeking site stond absoluut niet vermeld dat het restaurant gesloten zou zijn IN DE HERFSTVAKANTIE!! Er geen animatie aanwezig zou zijn terwijl op de site stond dat er in de schoolvakanties animatie aangeboden zou worden. Het winkeltje was gesloten IN DE HERFSTVAKANTIE. En het ijskoude zwembad was zeer beperkt geopend. Als we dit allemaal hadden geweten hadden we ZEKER een andere keuze gemaakt.

Het ligt in een prachtige omgeving je kunt er heel mooi fietsen. Er is een mooi zwembad bij.
Dat de winkel zo weinig open was.

Het keukentje was erg klein en we misten in de koelkast een klein vriesvakje.

Der Park liegt sehr idylisch und die Aufteilung des Platzes mit den verschiedenen "Plätzen" fand ich sehr schön

Leuk kleinschalig park, veel te doen voor de kinderen met leuke animatie. Ze organiseren ook van alles zoals springkussen run, circus en foodtruck middag/avond.
De campingwinkel is niet heel groot en uitgebreid. Ook prijzig.

Ruim huisje met alle gemakken voorzien!
Weinig schaduw rondom het huisje. Er was een te kleine parasol aanwezig voor een 6-persoons huisje. De buitenlamp zat niet vlakbij het terras.

Mooie zwembaden en leuke speelruimte voor de kinderen.
De polsbandjesplicht en de onsympathieke eigenaar van het park. Een cursus klantvriendelijkheid zou hem goed doen.
Ook de openingstijden van het winkeltje en het vroege sluiten van de cafetaria (19u) zijn wat mij betreft aandachtspunten.

Een net en schoon huisje met ruime ligging en ruime parkeergelegenheid.
Het gebrek aan ophanghaakjes en dan voornamelijk in de badkamer.
Een aantal grotere/ diepere borden voor het avondeten zou ook prettig zijn.

Geen herrie 's nachts
Kennis van het personeel bij receptie.
Moeten beter personeel in de horeca gebruiken, moeten kennis hebben van bakken en accuraat met bestelling omgaan
