Heel mooi onderhouden, groen domein. Woningen zijn ruim.
Het onderhoud van onze woning was niet zo goed.

Netheid. Schakelaars, stopcontacten waren echt niet proper. Op het grote raam naar het terras stonden nog de handjes van de kindjes van de vorige huurders

- tolle sehr moderne Niedrigenergiehäuser mit PV, Wärmepumpe und große Fenster
- im Sommer viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten
- Brötchenservice
- kein eigener Indoorspielplatz und ähnliches für Kinder
- Außenspielplatz leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Het huisje was vies. Het huisje was "kindvriendelijk" maar een stenen vloer en belabberd traphekje, er is een kindertafel en stoeltjes neergezet. Niet noemenswaardig.

Review of "Golden Lakes Village" 8.0
Mooie nieuwe huisjes met een goede ruime indeling, gelegen op een mooie plek als je van rust houdt en mooie wandel- en fietsroutes.
Ons huisje was nog niet klaar bij aankomst, ondanks dat wij later waren. Hierdoor met baby een half uur moeten wachten. Eenmaal in het huisje bleek deze niet schoon (vieze vloeren, stofplukken op de grond, douche niet schoongemaakt, op het kindertafeltje lag zand en etensresten). Dit bij de receptie aangegeven, waarop zij iemand zouden sturen om het in orde te maken. 1,5 uur later nogmaals gevraagd waar zij bleef en toen ze uiteindelijk kwam poetsen was zij binnen 5 tellen weer weg, zonder goed werk te hebben geleverd. Nogmaals aangegeven bij receptie, waarna nogmaals dezelfde vrouw kwam 'poetsen', was nog steeds niet in orde maar toen hebben we het er maar bij laten zitten. Niet wenselijk met een rondkruipende baby.

Mooi gelegen, leuke huisjes, veel wandel mogelijkheid
We hadden geboekt omdat we huisjes zagen met terras en helaas kregen we een huisje zonder terras met alleen een picknick tafel

Dat er zelfs speelgoed was voor de kinderen, airco, en heel leuk ingericht
Ramen mochten een poetsbeurt hebben, wcbril zat los, vaatwasser deed niet goed zijn werk en vloer bij de douche kraakte erg

Review of "Golden Lakes Village" 10.0
Het park is mooi, tussen de huisjes zit veelal gras en struikjes die perfect bijgehouden worden. De huisjes zijn verschillend van kleur waardoor het geheel leuk speels aandoet. De huisjes zijn zeer schoon, en ruim. Keuken soms een beetje zuinig ingericht. Een extra snijplank etc zou mooi zijn. De airco doet het prima, zelfs toen het warmer dan 37 graden was.
Als het mooi weer is komt de lokale bevolking (meer dan massaal) langs de oevers van het meer BBQ-en. Leuk, maar ze laten alle troep achter, en ze poepen en plassen is de struiken. En er kan niets aan gedaan worden want de oevers van het meer en het pad erlangs is openbare ruimte. Medewerkers van het park mogen in de ochtend de hele boel weer opruimen. En in de omgeving is buiten een aantal sport dingen niks te beleven (Uitgestorven).

Lekker ruim. Lekkere airco. Netjes schoongemaakt, niets viezigs aangetroffen. Pannen waren als nieuw, Lekker veel ruimte in de keuken om spullen op te ruimen.
Bedden waren erg kort en matig van kwaliteit. Ik lag er met mijn voeten af (1.98 mtr), en een boxspring zou in zo'n luxe park zeker niet misstaan. Had ik zeker wel verwacht. 2 relaxstoelen op terras beetje weinig voor 6p. huisje.

Mooi opgezette huisjes, ruim.
Er wordt nog gebouwd, ons terras had uitzicht op het bouwterrein.
De kindvriendelijke huisjes zijn niet optimaal veilig. Dwz: wel een Traphekje maar de speilen op de overloop zijn zo wijd dat er gemakkelijk een kind tussendoor kan vallen. Dit geldt ook voor de trap naar het terras. En kan je de voordeur niet afsluiten waardoor onze zoon er telke s vandoor ging....

Ruim en luxe. Airco
Eerder genoemde kindveiligheid. Daarbij geldt ook dat er ook een sloot ( (nu gelukkig droog) direct grenst aan het terras. Daarnaast ook niet compleet keukengerei: geen messen om groente of vlees mee te snijden.

Viele Häuser sind mit Blick auf den See. Die Häuser sind sehr neu und einfach schön ausgestattet. Da es verschiedene Häusertypen (optisch) gibt, die durcheinander angeodrnet sind, und auch die Ausrichtung der Häuser variiert, hat der Park eine tolle Atmosphäre, kein Reihgenhauscharakter! immer wieder kleine Teiche zwischen den Häusern...Fussnähe zum Kletterpark, Strandbad, wo man auch Kayaks, Windsurfeboard, Stand up Paddling ausleihen kann.
Es werden noch Häuser gebaut. Was uns in unserer Lage aber nicht gestört hat.
Andere Aktivitäten, außer Wassersport, Klettern, Biken, sind mind. 1 h entfernt. Dies sollte man beachten, was man im Urlaub machen möchte

Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad (Dusche) war das Highlight. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Küche mit allem was man braucht. (habe mittags und abends frisch gekocht). Schöne Terasse mit Seeblick. schöner Teich vor dem Haus. Klimaanlage im EG (Wohnraum)
Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafbereichen. Es war warm. Besser wäre, wenn die kalte Luft aus dem Wohnzimmer auch in die Schlafzimmer verteilt würde.

Nieuw park mooi aangelegd.
Vriendelijk personeel in alle talen Ne/Fr/Du/En
Inchecken verliep stroef doordat veel mensen aankwamen en het park zo nieuw is dat de receptie hier nog niet helemaal op was ingericht.
